Hi!
levocetrizine is one of the routinely prescribed anti histamines to control itching. Usually, we have not seen any patient complained of itching due to levocetrizine. If you are complaining of itching with levocetrizine, it means that ,the tablet is not able to control symptoms and higher strength of medication needed to tackle the condition.

Your baby is vomiting as he cannot spit the phlegm like adults, and your cough syrup helps in liquifying the phlegm so after using it usually babies vomit but that's not a side effect. But if the vomits are excessive please take a pediatrician consultation.

Most cold symptoms may go away after a few days. Your cough, though, can hang around for weeks because viruses can cause your airways to become swollen and oversensitive. This can last long after the virus is gone. We have to look into the details of the problem. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.
