You need to visit a cardiologist nearby for a detailed examination and evaluation. Its very difficult to give a correct opinion without physically seeing the patient.
Whether your current chest pain is cardiac or not, or the previously blocked coronaries require any intervention like angioplasty or not, then lastly to advise optimum medications. All these are serious issues which can not be dealt on a forum like this.

Hello,
90/ 50 is low, upto 90/60 it's ok.
No effect of overdose medicine.
If she do such negligence she must not be settled in mental health.
Ors to be given frequently fresh made, you can add lemon.
One ecg is advisable no emergency must be read by md physician or cardiologist.
Please don't mind consulation by a psychiatrist is also advisable.
