Is it a dry cough or with expectorant.
If it's dry then give him asthakind -dx if not dry and with expectorant give him asthakind.

If there is runny nose with itching burning and continous watering through eyes then use nasal decongestant drops or sprays for immediate relief. Fever can be managed with antipyretics but if it continuous even after1week then go for mp and widal tests.

Ideally expectorants are not used for infants but still if you are using then dose is 5ml 8 to 12 hourly as per levosalbutamol which is not easy to give.
