No do not give monocef unless you know he is having bacterial pharyngitis. Simply throat pain does not mean you have to give antibiotics. Unindicated use of antibiotics can cause increase in bacterial resistance and multidrug resistant bugs.

Ovabless myo tablets, and megla capsules do not produce allergic response usually. Take one tab for a week, and stop it and then use the second tab. You can thus identify which is causing itching. If itching continues don't use these tablets. There are many other drugs used to treat pcod.

Green Stool: it's a transitional stool (it means whenever there is change in stool pattern, there would be a phase of transitional/green stool. It might be due to Antibiotics uses.
Mostly it settled without interventions until unless frequency is very high

Chickenpox is a viral illness and antiviral tablet is given. Monocef O is for bacterial infection and is often given to prevent secondary bacterial infection which can easily occur with chickenpox.

Hello you just give her nebulization at near hospital to get relieved with cough. Allium cepa 30 is good medicine for it. Give 4 pills daily thrice a day for one month.

Before 6 months if baby has been exclusively breastfed then chances of infection are rare. If outside milk is going on better to sterilize the containers before using it toncut down chances of infection.
You can give zinc dose of which will be given by your doctor.
You can plan to send investigation stool RM to see for any infection in stool and as per report start a treatment.
