HIV lowers the immunity which results in secondary infections which can be any infection. Go for HIV test, get your reports done including CBC. Till then take Baptisia 30, 4pills 8 hrly for 2 days and china 30 three times daily for 7 days. Drinks lots of water. Avoid fatty oily food.
