Dear lybrate-user, give syrup alercom-d 1teaspoonfull thrice dailyfor 15 days. Syrup a-z 1 teaspoonful once daily for 10 days. Azeeta/azicomdt 100 mg once daily on empty stomach .dt [dispersable tablet],jo mu me apne aap ghul jaye. Uske baad mu me rakhe raheh 5 minutes and then swallowfor 10 days.

Dear parents, don't give antibiotics without your pediatrician's advice. Because most of the respiratory infections are due to viral infection in which antibiotics don't work. Some of cold cough cases are allergic and in that case also, antibiotics don't work. Since monocef is a antibiotic, so stopping it with out consuming the full course is not recommended. It can only be stopped if there is any severe allergic reaction and in this case since its already taken for 2 days so no chance of allergy. Vomiting, heaviness can either be due to the fever itself or due to the drug. Just take tab pan d once a day 30 mins before breakfast daily, continue dolo if fever persist.
