Its alright if you have a trained nurse for injections and nursing care and a doctor md once to see her before and revise drug treatment add one more drug and vsiits her every alt day /s.o.s.also physician will confirm by rising high titres for vidal test exclude other infections too. Get her blood tests urine and stool cultures also. Exclude malaria dengue als and tuberculosis.
