No do not give monocef unless you know he is having bacterial pharyngitis. Simply throat pain does not mean you have to give antibiotics. Unindicated use of antibiotics can cause increase in bacterial resistance and multidrug resistant bugs.

Ovabless myo tablets, and megla capsules do not produce allergic response usually. Take one tab for a week, and stop it and then use the second tab. You can thus identify which is causing itching. If itching continues don't use these tablets. There are many other drugs used to treat pcod.

Green Stool: it's a transitional stool (it means whenever there is change in stool pattern, there would be a phase of transitional/green stool. It might be due to Antibiotics uses.
Mostly it settled without interventions until unless frequency is very high
