You seem to have an acute infection. With the limited symptoms you have written everything cannot be judged. Please consult with a detailed history and few tests need to be done to rule out other diseases. You also need to make sure not exceed maximum dosage of paracetamol. Consult with your detailed history and reports if you have any for better care.

Dear user, if you have any other symptoms that resemble covid like diarrhea, conjunctivitis, body ache, breathlesness etc, you should get a swab taken to check for covid. These medications will only reduce the fever temporarily and if you have a viral infection, antibiotics will not work. Good luck.

A cough is a protective reflex action of our body that clears the mucus from the body along with foreign infective irritants. So don't try to suppress cough by means of allopathic antibiotics like monocef which further destroy the immunity power of your child. Try Homoeopathic medicines which not only effective for this type of antibiotic resistant cough but equally increase the immunity power of your child in a totally harmless way.

Dear user. Thanks for the question. HIV spread through Contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and HIV-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the HIV-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the HIV-negative partner. HIV can not spread through saliva. Take care.

You should undergo chest x ray along with few blood investigations for a proper diagnosis of your condition and start treatment accordingly.
