Hello Lybrate user taking medicine for pain relief will not resolve your problem permanently. We need to treat your root cause otherwise eventually you will land up with anal stenosis. So better consult local doctor in your area. Till than lots of fluid, high fibre diet & laxatives to avoid constipation. Sitz bath (sitting in luke warm water for 30 min) twice a day.

Increase water intake. Avoid drinks that are carbonated or have caffeine.urinate often.
