Dear Lybrateuser, - Yes, sorbitrate can be taken regularly when prescribed by a cardiologist
- taking sorbitrate can lead to tolerance over a period of time, the dose has to keep increasing to be effective
- both sorbitrate & monotrate are blood vessel dilators however there molecular constitution is different.

second... it can be taken regularly only when it is indicated....and prescribed ...
