Avoid salicylic acid but better to consult once rather than apply mometasone blindly. It can be due to multiple causes.

It is steroid cream - and I would advice strictly against it - kindly stop that - and use sunscreen in day - moisturiser in night and consult a qualified dermatologist regards.

I will suggest you to use micogel ointment at night over the lesion for a month and not to use mometasone cream but there are high chances of relapse.

Warts (Verruca Vulgaris) is due to a viral infection called HPV and it takes some time to clear off with medication. Don't burn it with incense stick, a Dermatologist can remove it with Electrocautery or Radiofrequency machine. Over a period of time when your body's immunity improves warts clears completely.

Very mild. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. So, please send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Best option. Undergo laser fraxel RF resurfacing therapy. Otherwise, few creams also available. Contact me by direct online consultation for treatment by sending photos.

Mix the honey and the cinnamon together until you have enough paste to cover the affected area. Apply in a thin layer over the blackheads and then press a strip of clean cotton over it. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes before removing and rinsing your face. Don't forget to follow up with a moisturizer
