Please stop both the creams as soon as possible.
Firstly both are the very same medicine with different brand name.
Secondly they are strong steroid. I can't think of any skin condition where you apply such a potent steroid on face for 3 months.
Lastly redness due to long term application of a potent steroid might be a sign of it's adverse effects.
Take very strict sun protection and show it to a dermatologist asap.

With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.

What you have developed is called as retinoid dermatitis due to overuse of tretinoin cream. And it takes about 5-7 days to settle down. So give it sometime. Apply the cream as prescribed by your doctor. Use a good moisturizer for the face and practice sun protection. Wash your face with a mild cleanser.
