There are various treatment for pigmentation. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. I think you have got steroid induced acne (pimples) and must stop using whatsoever creams you are using on face. Just can apply any topical cream / gel containing benzoyl peroxide on pimples and wash your face with salicyclic acid based facewash like ahaglow s for few days. Also try to control your diet and have less spicy, sweet foods as they will increase the pimples more.
