Treatment for Fungal Infection:-Stop all other applications. Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Sertacide Cream for application once daily for 1 month. Sebifin cream once daily for 1 month Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching) The treatment has to be complete otherwise the condition will recur. Blood Test- Blood Sugar Fasting & PP. Serum Insulin Fasting and PP.
Better to show directly for correct diagnosis .Pictures can be misleading.

Its not advisable to use cosmolite cream for a long duration as it contains steriod and hydroquinone which can cause various side effects like thinning of skin redness ,irritation etc. You can use creams containing natural ingredients like kojic acid ,arbutinin and mulberry extracts. Chemical peels can also be done to remove tan and restore natural skin tone. For that consult dermatologist.

None. Both the creams are for pigmentation NOT for blackheads.
In blackheads, the black color you see is not pigmentation but oxidized sebum.
