You can use a mixture of a teaspoon of milk and pinch jaldi. Mix well apply on face with the help of cotton. Rinse after 15 mins with plain water.

The creams you have mentioned are for dry skin which is also sensitive to sunlight. Cutiy g lotion is hydrating lotion with some pigment reducing capacity. It doesn't seem to have any side effects. Rest like uvdoux sunscreen and moiz cleansing lotion are excellent if you dry sensitive skin type.
