Few things regarding headache so that we can plan treatment accordingly 1) If pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eyesight for refractive error 2) If the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out Migrane as the cause and 3) If the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause 4) If the pain is associated with either a low or high BP or due to hyperacidit...more

The medications you are using:
propanolol is for preventive migraine attacks naproxen is a pain killer flunarizine is again used in cases of preventive migraine attacks even after taking this your having headaches that means something is wrong somewhere that needs to be properly nd clinically evaluated by a neurologist.
My advice would be to consult a nearby neurologist to get treated properly.

Betacap TR is given for hand tremors (vibration) not for BP. So let her continue it. Check BP regularly ,as you said it can decrease BP aswell.

Stammering can be made lesser only and only by Speech therapy. So you should take the help of a speech therapist. Also, I'd suggest you to visit a Psychologist as confidence plays a great role in dealing with this problem.
I'd suggest you to speak very slowly, word by word. People may make fun of this but believe me, slowly you'll get better at it.
Hope your query is answered. Feel free to ask if you have any doubts.
Wishing you good health.

Dear user. Glossophobia or speech anxiety is the fear of public speaking or of speaking in general. Various treatment options are available to treat glossophobia. Certain drugs such as beta blockers may be used to help people relax before speaking in public. Complementary therapies such as hypnosis, meditation or psychotherapy can be quite beneficial in helping you to overcome glossophobia. I suggest online counseling and hypnotherapy. Take care.

Your BP is on the lower side, if you are experiencing any symptoms like weakness, giddiness etc then you should consult your treating doctor for stopping this medication and giving you some alternative medication. If you are not experiencing any side-effects, still inform your treating doctor so that they are aware of this and take lot of oral fluids like water, coconut water, lemon juice, lassi etc

You can stop taking it. You need to take regular and proper treatment for your social anxiety issue. Therapy sessions will definitely help you cope up with anxiety without medications. You need to consult a psychiatrist for the best treatment.
