Hello as I can see. Your wight in excess between 20-25 kg from your ideal weight which should be under 57-62 kg. If your doc suggested the tablets then you can take them by following the healthy diet an work out on regular basis. You can take it, but don't go for exceed 150-400 mg per day. Just take it for one month with diet chart and regular work out.
