Hello, lidocaine is classified as a category B drug, so safe to be used in pregnancy and lactation. In your case, it is just a topical use (cream), so the absorption into the body systemically and its secretion in breast milk is very less and would not pose any such risk for the infant during breast feeding.

Hello-
this lidocaine comes in a liquid form. You can apply it by soaking 1-2 cotton balls (or makeup pads) and placing the cotton ball at the vaginal opening for 2-5 minutes. You can determine how much time is best for you. Some women have difficulty finding the right spot.

Hello-
a vaginal numbing cream is essentially a topical product that can be applied to sensitive areas before sexual activity to deter discomfort.
Vaginal lidocaine may be recommended for vulvodynia.
This medical condition that affects women is a bit more specific than dyspareunia in that it is usually characterized by painful sensations in the vulva area or vaginal opening specifically.

Hello-
vaginal spasm (vaginismus) is a condition which affects a woman's ability to engage in any form of vaginal penetration, including sexual penetration, insertion of tampons, and gynecological examinations. This is the result of a conditioned reflex of the pubococcygeus (pc) muscle, causing muscles in the vagina to tense suddenly and making any kind of vaginal penetration either painful or impossible.

Ms. lybrate-user I think your hymen membrane is more thick then others female. But do not worry you do not need to use lidocane etc. Ask your husband to perform very slowly and support him. Once if hymen will rupture you may find slight bleed from your vagina but do not panic and scared, its natural. Then for nect time you will eaisly paricipate and perform with enjoy your sexual life. For more you can call and discuss me more about your problem.

Please do not use the steroid ointment. It will make your problem worse. You need lifestyle modification by taking lots of fluid and change your diet to prevent constipation. Also check your thyroid level which maybe cause for constipation. Try to take laxatives if you feel stool is hard, and try lignocaine and diltiazem ointment. Consult for further queries. Thank you.
