If not you will need to admit yourself into a rehabilitation for at least 6 weeks. You need to with a heart problem. It is not enough to reduce the cigarettes, you need to quit it completely. Codeine addiction is worsened by increasing tolerance levels for the drug. Codeine classifies as an Opioid and can have severe withdrawal symtoms on stopping as body gets addicted to codeine.
Codeine Addiction is as serious as the more well known heroin or brown sugar and destroys many lives. It if extremely difficult to quit without deaddiction help. With proper medications your withdrawal symtoms can be reduced by 90% thus giving your body time to readjust. Medications you mention will not help with Codeine withdrawal.
