There was fresh blood was really big drop like the blood filled little cup a little inside the small cup like thing in which we drink medicine. And it was someone else fresh blood. I without knowing took the cup like small thing with blood and poured medicine in it and drank it. The blood along with the medicine went inside my mouth. I have a big hole in my teeth which is not bleeding but my teeth is shaking and also half of my teeth is eroded like I could feel the skin inside when I touch with my tongue and also paining. The hole in my last crown teeth is not bleeding but the whole teeth is eroded and it is also paining. So is this a open wound? I have parched lips also. So can the blood go inside this open wound? Can the blood go inside my throat because I i have sore throat and also my throat is paining. And I already have cough and fever and can the blood go inside because my throat is paining because of the cough and sore throat? Is a big hole in the teeth a open wound which is paining but not bleeding? I drank a cough syrup by pouring it into a small plastic cup with fresh big drop of blood in it which we drink medicine in. Can it cause hiv or hep? Please reply soon. Please anyone reply soon.

whether its human or else
if human if it is from a HIV and HBsAG possitive pts blood
then it will be considered as expossure and u will need post exposure
prophylaxis

Hi Take brahmi vati. Smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit. Make its powder and mix it. Then take these medicines with honey twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Do pranayama early morning for freshness. Avoid oily food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption. Eat green vegetables. Walk for at least 45 minutes a day.

Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed.
1.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed.
2.Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning.
3. Do fasting once a week.

Hello
if your goal is to keep your body healthy and fit, then your workout should comprise of cardio, body weight exercises and weight training.
1. Before commencing your workout, do a light jog of about 2-3 kms at a decent pace.
2. Never skip the body weight exercises which are mainly push ups, pull ups and squats.
3. And weight training is very helpful to gain strength and keep your tendons and ligaments strong.
