Dear Amit,
In bipolar disorder, divaa 750 mg or more will be the treatment in the long run. Nexito can be ditched for mirtaz - but NOT divaa.
There is a risk of switching to mania if you stop divaa.

Hello and welcome to Lybrate.my advice. Mirtazapine, sold under the brand name remeron among others, is an antidepressant primarily used to treat depression. Its full effect may take more than four weeks to occur, with some benefit possibly as early as one to two weeks. Often it is used in depression complicated by anxiety or trouble sleeping.
I suggest telephonic counseling for you.

Dear Anjana,
Mirtazapine is a sedating antidepressant. Good to know that your sleep improved. Every drug causes some damage to the body. You need to tolerate them for the benefit that you will be getting by taking it. Think of the harm caused to your body due to depression and not sleeping.

Dear , anxiety disorder is a disorder and not a disease. You should understand the eifference between mental disorder and mental disease. Mental diseases are treated with medicines and mental disorders are treated with other holistic methods. I need to have more information so that I can help you wean off the medicines. Online counseling, psychotherapy and life style changes should help you. Post a detailed private question to me. I will help you manage your anxiety disorder. Take care.

Take it latest by 8.30 pm. If still drowsyness persist visit your doctor who prescribed you or whomever you have consulted.

Dear Lybrate user, do not google your symptom, because it will exaggerate the side effects and information is also not authentic. Study of medicine is different. If your body is not adaptive to the combination of these two. Then the good way is to report your side effects to the current psychiatrist. They will change the medication or dose. Increase your communication with your psychiatrist at initial level, report the issues if you are facing. The things shown in this song is also truth upto so...more
