Magalis 10 mg can be taken if your cardiovascular system is OK. It can be taken with all these tablets, if your BP, ECG is OK. Why don't you find out the cause for ED and get it treated, instead of Magalis?

Sertraline and mirtazapine can be prescribed together.
As per what schedule you r taking its correct, avoid taking them together as mirtazapine in morning hours may cause drowsiness.

I would also like to give you information on quetiapine which is an antipsychotic and it also has antidepressant properties. You have to take medications that are agreeable to you with minimal side effects.
