First of all you nee to consult a dermatologist for your hair fall problem. In females there are tones of causes. Minoxidil is like a lifetime drug. It's affect will last till you apply it. You need to apply the correct amount carefully only on scalp area. It shouldn't tricle down.

Hi. You need to continue mintop 10 for another 2 months to see effects. But you need to continue it as long as you want to maintain hair growth. You may need oral medicines too. Mintop has minoxidil which increases blood supply to the hair follicles and it makes hair thicker. Consult a dermatologist for proper treatment and follow up.
