Tretinoin cream causes dryness. Hence salicylic or vitamin c products might cause irritation of skin if you apply them next day. Hyaluroniic acid should be ok to use next day.

For skin burn. Apply aloverga gel n sunscreen. Do not apply salicylic acid based creams. Would be better if you cud post photographs.

Always use a non - comedogenic sunscreen & moisturiser. A good brand would be acne uv gel sunscreen & acnemoist moisturiser. Do not use salicylic acid and adapelene together. Adapelene is good but you need to use it in a particular way. N slowly slowly increase time of contact (always use adapelene after proper discussion with a Dr. and after getting a proper explanation of how it needs to be applied n precautions to be taken).
