Mix the honey and the cinnamon together until you have enough paste to cover the affected area. Apply in a thin layer over the blackheads and then press a strip of clean cotton over it. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes before removing and rinsing your face. Don't forget to follow up with a moisturizer

If you are having severe acne, scars and pore, then it is more important to consult a dermatologist and start proper treatment. Once a scar is a scar forever. Do not delay treatment. For mild acne, brevoxyl creamy wash (its a face wash) works well.

Using face wash for acne is only a part of the treatment. Acne or pimples require individualized treatment, including oral medications, creams, face washes and maybe some procedures according to indication. Please don't use antibiotics like doxycycline on your own. It can cause resistance later. I would recommend you sending your pics here or consulting a qualified dermatologist near you for appropriate treatment.

Pimple marks can take a long time to fade. Its first necessary to stop new outbreaks and simultaneously work on lightening the existing marks. Use sunscreen 2-3 times during daytime and a skin lightening moisturiser. For faster results, there are treatments like chemical and meso peels, anti-pigment electroporation, medical facials and q-switch lasers. Do not use lightening creams without doctor's supervision to prevent side effects.
