Dear lybrateuser,
-your bp is on the lower side, monitor bp atleast once or twice a day, one reading should be in the morning on waking up
-increase your intake of water, have atleast 7-8 glasses of water a day in addition to the other fluids, sprinkle a pinch of salt on food, do not skip breakfast, have regular meals
- also do regular exercises, walking, jogging, cycling for about 30 min, do yoga & meditation for 5-10 min to relieve stress
-also get check up done by your physici...more

1.Wash your face twice daily with soap and warm water to remove excess oil or wash face with Acnestar soap
2.Don’t scrub your face.
3. Apply acnestar gel (1%clindamycin+15 nicotinamide) twice daily for 4 week
4.If no relief, consult skin specialist.

4th generation ag/an HIV test after 28 days of exposure repeat test after 3 month (if exposure has çompleted 3 month then go for HIV antibody test if +ve confirm it by western blot test)
