Minocycline should not be taken during pregnancy or during preconceptional period ,it may cause discoloration of teeth of baby and may cause skeletal abnormalities like shortening of bones in babies. If you continue your pregnancy get a good level 2 ultrasound done at 20 weeks of pregnancy to rule out any anomaly.

Hello lybrate-user, the discomfort in the genital area may be unrelated to the medicine you are taking. The affected area has to be examined to diagnose with clarity. It could be a fungal infection or an allergic rash. You could apply any plain antifungal cream like nizral at night for a week for the time being. Avoid tight clothes, warmth, moisture in that area. Do consult a local dermatologist if possible when needed.

Hello Lybrate-user. Ideally, both medicines should not be taken together. Kindly stop taking minocycline for now. And consult with a physician if you are having headaches or vision loss as soon as possible. If you do not have any of those symptoms then stop minocycline and continue with the remaining medicines. Don't worry because pseudotumour cerebri is quite a rare complication, we can reassess the risk.

The lips have a rich blood supply, and so they are susceptible to swelling. To treat lip injuries, clean the area and stop any bleeding with a clean cloth or bandage. It is also possible to reduce swelling by applying an ice pack to the affected area.

First of all, I wud like to suggest you not to self treat acne. Wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or picking up the pimples and blotches as it further spreads the bacteria. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Drink lots of water.
Consult a dermatologist for proper treatment.
