You need to eat smaller and more frequent meals.
Avoid staying empty stomach for long. Do not have tea, coffee or aerated drinks.
Avoid spicy and fried foods. Avoid gassy foods like cruciferous vegetables and beans like chole chana. Avoid lying down as soon as you have eaten.
Drink good amount of water. Avoid drinking gulps of water while eating food.

This is due to lack of protective layer of mouth which is mucus and saliva, the reason is lack of hydration which leads to concentrate acid, hence this leads to acidity, to prevent it you should keep yourself hydrated in this dry weather, take good amount of semi solids like shakes lemon juices, sugarcane juice, and lassie curds any of milk products like cold coffee, hot coffee, this will definitely benefit you.

Increased Uric acid in blood is usually due to metabolic disorder, especially in protein. There are lot of medicines for decreasing the level of Uric acid in blood from Homoeopathy.
