Hi. please do not apply all these kind of stuff. I've seen patients in worst conditions after these methods. Kindly visit a surgeon nearby to diagnose your disease and evaluate it properly. Thanks.

Hi,
there are no short cuts to weight loss and having a toned body.
Have you seen anyone (besides advertisement) doing it?
Start walking till you get in to the mood of exercise and then increase workout gradually.
Eating healthy and mindfully is very important here .

If you don't have time for exercise don't worry. First of all you should reset your diet schedule (take heavy breakfast and very light dinner). Avoid oily food and increase intake of water.
Replace your tea with green tea.
Avoid sleeping after having lunch.

This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U...more
