My child is 9 months, and I vaccinated today Mr. and j.e vaccine, and given vaccines by government schedule and yet I not given pcv, tcv and flu vaccines which is not given in government hospital so you recommend any vaccines yet. Mumps vaccine also not given.

Just give government schedule vaccines only.
Don't give any extra.
They are just money making schemes and causes major side effects.

Covid is new disease and treatment is still under trial.
So we cannot comment on any thing as of now it has different variants and different variants come with different severity and response to medicines.

4-week minimum interval between doses of the same live vaccine is advised.
Different vaccines can be given even on same days.

Rotavirus vaccine protects your child from diarrhoea due to rotavirus which is common in 6 months to 1 year age. It is preferably given before 6 months age in 2 or 3 doses.

The second dose of vaccination should be given one month after the first dose and can be delayed for one month. There is no rationale for giving early as it will not give the desired effect.

If the baby was born at term and weighed > kg. Then normally the first vacine is given at birth and next dose a month later.
