My daughter is 10 months old. When she was 3 month old since then she gets sticky yellow fluid from her left eye. It's just one eye. I consulted pediatrician n ophthalmologist they gave few drops like Ciplox, toba, Milflox. I have used them for a while now at different times. I'm massaging her corner of her eye as per doctor instructions. Inspite of all this she still has sticky yellow fluid n comparatively her left eye is becoming smaller. I'm not bleeding her.

My baby girl is just 25 days old, born in last week of march 2020. She has watery eyes. We gave toba eye drops (tobramycin opthalmic sulfate solution) 3 times a day for 5-7 days, but didn't notice much improvement. No such swelling or red-color observed in her eyes. Just watery. Is milflox suitable for her and can we discontinue toba eye drops. Please advise.

Tropic eye drops are highly abused in pediatrics age group. They have no role. Nasal massage. A course of erythromycin for 10 to 14 days might b given.

I have gone through ICL treatment at AIIMS Delhi 3 weeks ago. Now, I am feeling Glare or Halos in front of my left Eye. Is this normal? What can be possible solution for this? I am taking P-Lone / Vigamox eye drops as advised by them. It is not unusual to have glare and halos after icl. Get your pressure checked at different times to rule out any raise, which is seen at times. Headache while doing near work is also observed as you have make an effort to focus after icl. You are likely to improve with time, take adequate rest and do not strain on near work as well as watching tv.

When I squeeze my lower eye lid, mucous like thread is coming from the hole in the corner of eye lid from right eye. Do not have any other symptoms. do hot fomentation
just do hot fomentation.. dip a clean handkerchief in lukewarm water. and keep it over closed eye lids for 2 minutes and then wipe clean your eyelids..do this twice A day

- also regularly do warm salt water gargles three times a day
- avoid fried spicy & junk foods
- take tablet Okacet - C, 1 tablet twice a day after meals
- get x- ray paranasal sinuses done to rule out any other problem.

My mother is suffering with viral or bacterial infection in her eye as diagnosed by an eye doctor. She was prescribed moxifloxacin eye drop 1 hour once. She is using the drops from past 2 days, even though her pain and swelling near the eye have not reduced and she has continuous watery discharge from her eye. And her pain increases intensity increases.
