Hye. Thankyou for the query.
Gluten is the protein in wheat and other grains and it needs to be restricted only if you are intolerant to it. Avoiding gluten will not cause weight loss.

No need to worry. Just try these simple home remedies and you will definitely get rid of them:
TEA TREE OIL: Use tea tree oil facewash twice a day followed by tea tree toner and an oil free moisturizer.
LEMON JUICE: Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area with a cotton ball. Leave it on for around 10 minutes then rinse with cool water.

You are still young and can wait.
If there is a deficiency that is restricting your growth, go for regular checkup for b12, iron, iodine copper.
Apply cow's fresh butter on the areas.
If nothing works, it might be hereditary.
Later you can go for hair transplant.
If you do just have hair, shaving will not help you get hair on the area.
