If there is optical nerve problem then there should be some problem with his vision.
And in that case if there are scattered demyelinating lesions in mri brain along with weakness of arm or leg, diagnosis of multiple sclerosis should be considered and intravenous steroids for 5 days is the treatment for its acute attack.

Some of the medications that your daughter is taking tend to have side effects of sedation. So it is advisable to either titrate doses according to her needs or use alternative formulas to suit her needs. Consult a headache specialist or your treating physician for the same.
If you so wish you may consult me online for any further queries or assistance in further treatmnet. Take care.

Tinnitus once comes is not cured. But you have to try to live with it. Example you should place a tick tock sound producing watch near your head side to mask the irritating tinnitus. Ask your ent if you can perform valsalva maneuver. And try to sleep in some noisy environment. Soon you will be able to overcome hearing tinnitus.

5 years before duloxetine 30 mg and propranolol 20 mg BD dose started for my panic attack by psychiatrist. I have reduced it to 20 mg duloxetine and 20 mg propranolol OD dose. But I am not able to quit. I have tried many times to leave these medicines but each and every time I faced withdrawal symptoms like brain zig zags, noise in ear, vertigo, not able to walk properly, sensations in brain etc. I again consulted psychiatrist again 6 months ago and he replaced my duloxetine 20 mg with Desvenlafaxine 50 mg at night and 40 mg propranolol with flunarizine 5 mg. This dose is going on. Nowadays I again started experiencing brain sensations. Then I visited another psychiatrist. He changed my dose of Desvenlafaxine 50 mg to 100 mg in night and propranolol 40 mg BD. Kindly help me. I will be very very thankful to you doc tor. I take hypertension and diabetes medicine daily.
