Hello ma'am, Are you suffering from migraine? And first please tell your doctor about your weight issue.
Please observe your diet routine, any changes in your hunger, appetite.
Include more fibre in diet and drink enough water.
For your weight issue we need to have a proper detail conversation, including diet history, medical history and other factors. If you want we can have a proper session.
Thanku.
