If the strip was of quality there is no reason to disbelieve. Of course there are chances of false positive test, but it is rare. You do another test with your morning sample of urine to confirm. Get the strip from a good shop those maintaining medicine quality. If positive report to your doctor. Congratulation.

PCOD is probably causing delay in your pregnancy. Your doctor will decide for ovulation induction and medication which you need to take.

You need not take ovigyn d since your Amh is normal. You can take cabergolin and Clomid .this will help you to conceive too.

26 years with such low amh might indicate that the reserves are depleted prematurely .i would suggest you to go for some additional tests to confirm if it's a case of premature ovarian failure! And the management differs in both the situations .for details you can consult me on a private forum.

deviry will not support a pregnancy, you need cap susten or duphaston to support pregnancy. These are different type of progesterone.
