Yes you can use this tablet. It contains dhea which is known to improve the reserve. The change is not drastic but it may help improve egg quality.

you must have ovulated and must be having ovulstion bleeding ,many patients have bleeding at time of ovulation and that's absolutely normal.

Hi if ovulation induction with follicular monitoring and timed intercourse is already tried. Get a fertility expert opinion to know where we misz like tube test. Sperm count.

This tablet is given when a woman has less number of eggs than normal. However, it's not very much effective, although it does not have much side effects. Therefore we advise to start treatment of Infertility ( after checking your tubes and Husband's semen) soon. Because if you rely on Ovigyn D3 and delay fertility treatment, your eggs in ovaries may be exhausted.
