Dear lybrate-user,
Stop taking raw rice. Take Fe rich food to increase your hb% likes green leafy vegetable, apple, pomegranate and banana. If it reduces to less than 6% then consult to nearby hospital. You also can start fe-supplement.
As far as your fibroid is concerned, you should take homeopathic treatment as it can cause heavy and painful menses. May be you does'nt have any problem right now but it will trouble you in future. So prior treatment will be better to cure it.

You can consume vegetables that are rich in iron eg spinach, drumstick, drumstick leaves, etc. Eggs are a good source and so is fish and meat. You need not have to worry about medicine. These will automatically increase your iron stores in you bod which will help in increasing the hb.
