Please understand that not only the sperm. Motility but also the sperm. Concentration and viability matter. As a matter of fact for fertilisation you need single egg and single. Sperm! But with low motility the chances of conception r low. It would be better if you continue medicines. Other helpful tips
Eat healthy food, lots of fresh vegetables and fruits.

No smoking
