If you are advised to take it on s.o.s basis, then it is fine. Otherwise, you can consult a nearby psychiatrist in-person and discuss regarding other alternatives for anxiety & palpitation (vilazodone or vortioxetine) which do not cause any significant sexual dysfunction.
Thanks

Yes metaprolol has some trigger effect for asthmatic patient .i hope during taking prescription with your doctor you told each and everything about the medical history of your father. As I knew doctor considered all these things but if you are having doubt then ask him. Without your physician's advice do't abruptly stop taking.

Ideally Metformin should be continued in pregnancy. Since you have polycystic ovaries, this will decrease your chance of developing gestational diabetes in pregnancy.

You should get it professionally cleaned from a dentist and ask him to do polishing too and refrain from experimenting with teeth as dentists are there for taking care of your teeth and give you a better solution than yourself.
