You should follow the doctor's advice. But after stopping the medication, you may need to be vigilant and in case of any abnormal symptoms you should immediately contact the doctor.
Allopathic medicines hardly can be withdrawn in absence of other treatment.

Hi,
You are taking 4 different classes of antihypertensive when neither is being taken in its highest dose, which is the standard method.
So yes Cilacar M can be taken in place of EMBETA AM.
You should also ask your doctor to increase the dose of Olmezest first.

It's not necessary that every patient gets side effects. You mentioned taking medications for 2 years. I hope by now you feel well and that you do not have symptoms of depression or anxiety.
