Hi lybrate-userWelcome to Lybrate
Since you are 37 and 83 kgs I would suggest you to reduce weight and have a control over diet like avoiding any kind of processed foods, drinking 3 - 4 litres of water everyday. Walking for half hour (walk which makes you sweat - brisk walk), get your cholesterol levels checked espcially the triglycerides. Avoid salt to keep your Bp under perfect control and try to have good sleep for 8 hours.

If you measure bp only once every month on fixed dates after resting for 10 minutes, and never in between, you will have better health and longer life. It requires discipline but good living only possible if we have discipline.
