Hi.
Metosartan is a combination of Telmisartan and metoprolol.
Nebicard is a medicine which belong to same drug class as metoprolol. Taking both is not suggested.
So you should not start nebicard and continue with Metosartan in the morning and Telmisartan in evening.
Thanks

On metosartan your blood pressure is high. It is recommended that you meet your doctor for further dose adjustments. Depending on your kidney, heart profile and symptoms, your doctor can add another medicines like amlodipin 5 mg once a day. But it is recommended that you do not increase any medicines without your doctor’s permission as it may cause some discomfort. At home you can restrict salt intake in the diet till you consult your doctor.

Ecosprin av and clopidogrel are required after a heart attack. Avoid these medicines unless you have received a coronary stent.
Flecainide is quite toxic for people who require blockage medicines. Amiodarone is usually very effective. Amiodarone treatment requires medical supervision.

Shalini ji, Thanks for the query.
Madam the BP reading given is fairly high, suggesting there is a need for upgrading the treatment. There is no mention about TSH and Levothyroxine dosage as well as blood glucose levels, HbA1c%. So there is no way to suggest any thing. Thanks.

In general, around 7 to 20 mg/dL (2.5 to 7.1 mmol/L) is considered normal. But normal ranges may vary, depending on the reference range used by the lab, and your age. Ask your doctor to explain your results. Urea nitrogen levels tend to increase with age.If your kidneys are not able to remove urea from the blood normally, your BUN level rises. Heart failure, dehydration, or a diet high in protein can also make your BUN level higher. Liver disease or damage can lower your BUN level.

I have seen the details mentioned. In fact it is absolutely essential for a person like you to take the Covishield vaccine to get necessary protection. Because of multiple co-morbidities that you have, can lead too serious problem if there is an exposure to the virus. So please go ahead and take the vaccine. Thanks.
