Tryptomer has a common side-effect that leads to dizziness or light headedness, which can get more pronounced when taken in combination of BP lowering drugs. Start with a lower dose after discussion with your treating doctor, while getting up or lying down, make the movements gradually, do not take the heart medications at the same time as tryptomer. If symptoms continue you may need a tweaking in your drugs
