If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Based on Clinical Trials, Ivabradine on top of Beta blockers, like Metoprolol, have been advocated for the management of Chronic Stable Angina and Chronic Heart Failure, when the resting heart rate remains more than 70 beats per minute despite the patient taking sufficient doses of Beta blockade.
In your case, before adding Ivabrad, Metolar could have been increased to 50 mg twice a day, provided your clinical status allowed for that, which your doctor, I believe, must have considered.

Kindly get a consultation from psychiatrist for your anxiety and hypothyroidism, with that alone I guess your symptoms can be controlled both anxiety and beta blockers for palpitation, if needed. If still tsh is high then eltroxine will be added. Cardiac manifestation of anxiety can be managed by psychiatrist, since you seem to have primary anxiety only.

If blood pressure is not controlled after taking three or more drugs then it may be matter of concern. You should follow lifestyle measures rigorously to complement medicine. Loosing some extra kilos also part of it. Ask your docor to look for any missing factors like kidney problem or painkiller use etc.
