do your report
if the level are coming normal

Many factors can affect blood pressure, including:
1) The amount of water and salt you have in your body
2) The condition of your kidneys, nervous system, or blood vessels
3) Your hormone levels
You are more likely to be told your blood pressure is too high as you get older. This is because your blood vessels become stiffer as you age. When that happens, your blood pressure goes up. High blood pressure increases your chance of having a stroke, heart attack, heart failure, kidney ...more

Hi lybrate-userWelcome to Lybrate
Since you are 37 and 83 kgs I would suggest you to reduce weight and have a control over diet like avoiding any kind of processed foods, drinking 3 - 4 litres of water everyday. Walking for half hour (walk which makes you sweat - brisk walk), get your cholesterol levels checked espcially the triglycerides. Avoid salt to keep your Bp under perfect control and try to have good sleep for 8 hours.

Your bp and pulse is within normal range, so you do not need anti hypertensive medicine like metocard xl. As you mentioned about anxiety problem, please get yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist for that and take treatment for anxiety as palpitation and headache is due to anxiety only. Once the anxiety problem is controlled you won't be having such symptoms. You also start doing regular exercise/yoga along with meditation which will help you in controlling anxiety. All the best.

Bp fluctuates in everyone. Normal bp for young adults is between 100-140 when resting. But each measurement will show variation and different level. If bp is mostly below 140 no medicine is required.

We as psychotherapists can't comment on medication.
For your psychological issues, please contact a psychotherapist or counsellor in your area and seek immediate help. You may also need to take psychiatric drugs for sometime, for which you would need to consult a qualified psychiatrist.
Also start engaging in your hobbies and some form of yoga and relaxation for better results.

This is not the normal bp level.
Normal bp level is systolic <140 mmhg and diastolic <90 mmhg.
If your bp is 180/100 then start some antihypertensive.
