Your periods are not regular so you may not be ovulating regularly, you need to do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, prolactin, tsh and testosterone.

Nausea may be due to metformin you are taking, nothing serious, just take along with meals and never on empty stomach

Your serum insulin level is normal. Do not worry about it. Metformin also helps in ovulation and inturn helps in conception. Follow a healthy diet, exercise for atleast 5 days a week and take a multivitamin which has inositol which helps in conception and treatment of PCOD if you have it.

It's preferable to keep alcohol intake on the lower side while on Metformin as it can cause drop in blood sugar levels.

You can use but the level of b12 is very low which not correct by taking oral dose so frist go with neurokind injection than shift on oral dose.
