Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
In hyperthyroidism due to excess thyroxine heart rate does go up, plus there may be palpitations. Therefore toexcess activity may return. Then other modes of treatment control that Beta blocker (Ciplar) is given. That helps in controlling those symptoms. If necessary that dosage may have to be increased. Again you are taking hormonal therapy for your fertility, you never get cure by manipulating your hormonal level. Your periods has been delayed due to your hormonal therapy that you have done. If you really want to get cure both of your problems, go for homeopathy. Classical homeopathic treatment means single medicine (simillimum) for patient's complete suffering. The problem of wet dreams is characterized by the unknowingly and involuntarily ejaculation while asleep. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms.

Hello, thanks for the query.
The t4 value mentioned (1.96 ng/ml) appears to be incorrect, because that is showing too low. In hyperthyroidism it is usually very high (> 12 ng/ml). Tsh is lower than 0.01 or 0.02 mu/l. Please check that. If you have been on treatment for just one month all the symptoms will not go away. Tsh value needs to come to around 3 to 4 mu or even a bit high. All the symptoms mentioned are seen in hyperthyroidism. The treatment needs to be taken for 18 to 24 months. In ...more

Dear lybrate-user
you are only partially treating the fungal infection. With such half baked treatment regime, how do you expect to get cured. Plus you have been using a cocktail of steroid creams to worsen your infection.
Share your pictures in an online consultation with me and get accurate diagnosis and treatment.
