You are suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis ,which can be suppressed by medicines to be taken for long time. Better to consult some good physician.
In Ayurvedic drugs, you can start vat kulantak ras. Take castor oil 1tsf in morning ,if it suits you.
You can also take cap Indica SR once a day after meal.
