Home Remedy- Make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Treatment- 1-Apply pranacharya chandrakanta lep on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. 2-Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 3-Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc. Diet-avoid taking tea and coffee. Spicy food and junk food. Drink lots of water and fruit juices.

Try: 1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises (static and knee bending). 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN and Enzomac forte will help. Get ESR, CRP, Thyroid profile, Vitamin D, RA factor and Uric Acid tested.

I zm a housewife of 68 yrs, with 2nd degree RA of the knees, more painful in the rt knee. Doing the Physio therapy exercises and evening walk regularly Can not easily bend, the rt knee more than the lt one. Pl suggest home remedies, as the better hospitals are far away from our habitat. • Avoid Squatting- • Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. • Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. • Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. • Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area

Glucozone Tablet is used in the treatment of osteoarthritis. AS you r overweight n you r jogging this is causing you trouble. See actually our knees have to bear our weight n you r walking extra every day which is why knee problem. Instead do exercises that will not put weight on knee joint like swimming, cycling, yoga, strength training in gym Do following-- 1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Eating every 2 hours increases basal metabolic rate also. If you follow this over a period of time you will see that your intake of food has decreased Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc. For more details you can consult me. Now about point no. 5. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions.

I have a knee joint problem in both knees and have Osteoarthritis but continue my regular daily activities. Had been prescribed Calcimax Forte and Cartigen Forte around 5 years back. I take one Calcimax Forte daily. When the stiffness and pain starts I start taking Cartigen Forte. Earlier I was told not to take Cartigen Forte for more than 3 months. So I take this as and when stiffness or pain starts. Am I doing the right thing? Should I keep on taking Cartigen Forte daily. I am 65 years old. Stiffness and pain the finger joints, shoulders, knees and back suddenly comes up and lasts for a couple of days and goes off on its own. What do I do about this? How do I stop the progress of this stiffness and pain?

Neither Calcium or Collagen Peptides must be taken for too long. Not more than three months is a general rule. avoid it. instead you can take Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Boswellia Serrata etc. You can make a Paste of 1teaspoon Ghee and 1/2 teaspoon Ginger and apply at knee for 30mins twice daily to get good relief. Drink plenty of water. Do regular Knee Exercise such as SLR, Quadriceps Isometric, VMO Isometric, Hamstrings Strenthenig, Pelvis Muscle Strenthenig, Balance Exercise. knee swinging by sitting in a high table or bed, oscillate or gently swing your knees with small amplitude , by tying a 2kg weight cuff at both ankles. do it for ten minutes twice daily. it will help to regenerate your cartilage gradually by joint imbibition and hydration. Ra if has been ruled out by ra factor, then you must consider doing anti ccp antibody. Ra factor is variably positive from 20% to 70% in people having rhuematoid arthritis. Also consider having vitamin d levels. Levels less than 25 might need supplements and might be the cause of pain.

My right leg knee ligament is teared 3 years back. When I walk fast my leg will more. Because of this both the leg joints became week. How to cure it by eating natural food. Dear user, due to deficiency of vitamin d3, your legs and joints are weaken as the pain will increase, you can take pills of calcimac once a day and do muscle strecthing excercises to gain strength.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Go for a regular walk. Also control your weight properly to bring down the pain.
