Home Remedy- Make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Treatment- 1-Apply pranacharya chandrakanta lep on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. 2-Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 3-Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc. Diet-avoid taking tea and coffee. Spicy food and junk food. Drink lots of water and fruit juices.

It depends on the grade of your knee joint involvement In stages 3 and 4 glucosamine may not have much benefit For pain better to start exercising and use Physical modalities to relieve the pain

Try: 1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises (static and knee bending). 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN and Enzomac forte will help. Get ESR, CRP, Thyroid profile, Vitamin D, RA factor and Uric Acid tested.

Ra if has been ruled out by ra factor, then you must consider doing anti ccp antibody. Ra factor is variably positive from 20% to 70% in people having rhuematoid arthritis. Also consider having vitamin d levels. Levels less than 25 might need supplements and might be the cause of pain.

It is called as Rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Wear elbow brace and wrist brace which will make her to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Which joints you have pain? If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, hip & knee has pain) then you can pour hot (warm) water in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear either elbow brace or wrist brace which will help you to feel warm and very protective. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain. Your symptoms suggest intrarticular soft issue pathology. Try: 1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises (static and knee bending). 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Cartigen DN and Enzomac forte will help. 4. Intraarticular injections offer great help. If above measures fail.

Dear Doctors, I have frequent pain knee joints and feet. More or less I can say whole legs and getting feeling that my bones are getting week. Two months back I was diagnosed with critical deficiency of vitamin d and b12 post which I took b12 injections and one D3 injection and I am also taking shelcal 1250 mg tablet. I took test today both b12 and vitamin d3 are fine now but I still have pain in joints.

I zm a housewife of 68 yrs, with 2nd degree RA of the knees, more painful in the rt knee. Doing the Physio therapy exercises and evening walk regularly Can not easily bend, the rt knee more than the lt one. Pl suggest home remedies, as the better hospitals are far away from our habitat. Is it 2nd degree RA? Thanks.

• Avoid Squatting- • Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. • Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. • Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. • Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
